beme: Share video. Honestly. App Reviews

For some reason whenever the app makes a sound I feel ill. Like so close to vomiting its not even funny. If there was a way to mute or change the sounds that would be great.

I like the concept, but the UI could be improved a bit to better suit the user experience and needs. -on the home page in the discover view, if there are thumbnails of videos, I feel as though it would make more sense if when a thumbnail was clicked on the user would be navigated to that specific video, instead of just the general discover section. -it seems like the discover section is the premise of the application. If so, I feel as though it should be made to where users can see more content. I see what you are trying to do as far as allowing users to view a bigger frame of each video, however, maybe add the functionality if a user clicks on the header title, i.e. "Today", "Dogs", then they are presented with a grid view where they can view more content of the category rather than one video at a time. -as far as video playback, I feel as if it would be a great addition to add video scrubbing, forward and reverse. Again, I like the idea and the UI isnt bad, just want to give some constructive criticism. Beme is a cool platform and keep up the good work

It will be better if you added a cancellation button that cancel my beme instead of sharing it immediately. Another thing, sometimes I dont want other people to know I am recording so it will be better if I can remove the recording tone.

It is an awesome media platform!

It is ok has potential, takes a bit to get used to. Cool to make videos on fly. Then it sits dormant on phone. Even the founder Casey has not used it in close to two months. Other peoples clips - Not a ton of interesting content to few. There may be content hard to find. It was a cool new shiny Christmas toy that was not on your list for Santa. You open the box play with it for a few weeks then it sits in the toy box for months. You see it and know it is there but dont play with it any more

not even Casey uses this app regularly. I find it boring and confusing to use.

Nothing too exciting about this App. The concept is blah. Overhyped by YouTube video guy and his followers.

First Problem. If you record and stop recording too fast, you break recording Second Problem. The App Keeps crashing after signing in for me.

It is a great app with a great message and Casey is awesome

Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times now and it just continuously force quits after I log in every time. Is it my phone or the app?

so yeah I guess that option to "save to camera roll" isnt working. idk if this is just me.. or if this is some glitch or bug. but can this be fixed with a new update please? thanx! much love from guam!

I was so excited to try this app but I cant even open it to check it out.

I just downloaded the update for this app. I like the new reaction feature; thats basically all I have explored at this point. Im fairly new to this Beme and can see that it is still a new app as well but with the limitations it has, I will still give it a chance. It seems to be designed to compete with snapchat(which I hate and had all of 2 days). I prefer Instagram and if this had some features like text and hashtags etc...with still keeping with the rawness that they are wanting from it, I think it could be a great app. Also, the ability to network is pretty difficult, I guess it is more set up for friends.

This concept is horrible. When placing it on my chest it doesnt always record. Also whats the point of capturing videos you have no idea whats being recorded. What if their was inappropriate content in the video and you had no idea it was there. App is very laggy. Im going to stick with snapchat

The new version feels more refined and like a better app. It would be nice if there was a way to see if any of the contacts from your phone have Beme instead of only being able to search by username. Also every time I try to search for someone the app crashes.
